Receptionist – Weekends + PRN
Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation – Columbia, TN
Job Type: Part-time (Weekends required), PRN available
About the Position:
Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Weekend Receptionist . This position requires a commitment to working every weekend . Additional PRN hours may be available as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families
Answer, screen, and route phone calls
Provide administrative and front desk support
Maintain a professional, welcoming environment
Requirements:
Must be reliable and committed to weekend coverage
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, organized, and friendly
Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred, not required
