The role will involve delivering assessment, treatment, and ongoing care to patients with respiratory insufficiency, asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema. Use of servo‑ventilators, nebulizers, Hamilton, V60, Astral CPAP and BIPAP machines, ABGs, and CPT with documentation in Meditech will be required. Responsibilities Provide respiratory care for neonatal patients including ventilator management and evaluation. Perform 44-46 procedures per shift using Servo I ventilators, nebulizers, Hamilton, V60, Astral CPAP, BIPAP, ABGs, and CPT. Document all care in Meditech, ensuring accurate and timely charting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans. Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience. Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience. BLS, ACLS, NRP certification; PALS certification preferred. RT‑FL license (or in‑process). Must be able to work nights, three 12‑hour shifts per week. Work history with no more than 90 days gap in the last year. Preferred Qualifications Trauma experience. Prior Meditech experience.
