Transdev in Everett WA, is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Transdev Is Proud To Offer Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement Starting pay is $27.30 with progression to $30.68 over 4 years. Benefits Include Vacation: up to 14 days per year Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays. Key Responsibilities Overseeroadserviceassignedcarriersbytrackingtripperformancemeasures,routebeginontime, performance, incidents, etc. Providecustomersupportbyrespondingtoquestionsandconcernsregardingcustomertrips,includingno shows, cancellations, and missed trips. Manageemergencysituationsforvehicleoperators;actasliaisonbetweenthecarrierandemergency services.Managedailyservicebyreviewingrouteperformanceandproactivelyrespondingtosituationsthatimpact customer service. Otherdutiesasrequired. Qualifications HighSchoolDiplomaorGED; TechnicalDegreepreferred. 3-5years'experiencedispatching. Excellentverbal,interpersonalandcustomerserviceskills. Problemsolvingandanalyticalskills. Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded. Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
