Restaurant Manager- Sign on Bonus

We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our restaurant team! As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our daily operations, from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring our guests are thrilled with their experience.


As the financial backbone of our business, you'll be responsible for maximizing profits while keeping costs low. You'll adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize expenses, ensuring that all financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.


Some of your responsibilities include:

1)Lead and run excellent shifts.
2) Delivering top quality food.

4) Using communication skills to motivate team members.
5) Role modeling a sense of urgency.

Some of the General Manager expectations are:

1) Work 45+ hours a week.
2) Hiring and development of your team
3) Maintain open communication with AGM and DM.
4) Lead your team by example. Embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes.

5) Maintain food safety standards

Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are offered for this position within six weeks into training program.

Half of the sign on bonus will be paid out after the completion of the first four weeks of training. The remainder will be paid out after 8 weeks of successful training.
