EDUCATION CORE: 2-year or 4-year Engineering Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Software) is required. COMPENSATION STRATEGY: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour ($83,200 – $104,000 baseline annual salary depending on technical depth) + premium immediate overtime opportunities. HARDWARE FOCUS: Current, direct proficiency with Fanuc, Yaskawa, or ABB robotics platforms alongside master PLC troubleshooting capabilities.
