Under the direction of the Restoration Manager, this position responds to water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects while providing high-quality service to customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to restoration projects and emergency service callsPerform water mitigation, drying, cleaning, and repair servicesComplete restoration work while following company quality and safety standardsOperate and maintain restoration and cleaning equipmentPerform air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and window cleaning as neededAssess job sites, identify issues, and recommend solutionsMaintain communication with customers, supervisors, and managementPrioritize daily assignments and manage workload effectivelyComplete all required job documentation and paperwork accuratelyParticipate in after-hours, nights, and weekend emergency service rotationRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong organization and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsAbility to follow company policies and safety proceduresComfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces, and at various job sitesAbility to perform measurements and basic calculationsKnowledge of water damage, fire restoration, cleaning products, and drying equipment preferredQualificationsValid driver's license requiredAcceptable criminal background checkAcceptable drug screenMinimum 2 years customer service experienceMinimum 2 years restoration industry experience preferredGeneral construction knowledge is a plusCertifications preferred:Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)Physical RequirementsAbility to walk, stand, bend, kneel, climb, and lift frequentlyAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionallyComfortable working in changing weather conditionsAbility to work around cleaning chemicals and restoration materialsComfortable working in confined spaces and at heightsMust be available for extended hours when emergency situations requireWhy Join Our Team?Competitive pay based on experienceFull-time Monday-Friday scheduleOpportunity for overtime through emergency service rotationWork with a team dedicated to quality restoration servicesQuality Work, Responsive Service, and a Commitment to People.
