Hybrid: Mon - Thurs onsite, Fri remote Job Role
The ideal candidate will identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets, develop and validate key performance indicators (KPIs), and design queries and analytical models that quantitatively measure business performance. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into reporting and dashboard specifications and delivering scalable analytics solutions using Agentic AI platforms such as Claude .

- Team details & who they will work with: Working under the hiring manager and having stakeholder engagement, Sr. Director and higher.
- Minimum required years of experience: 8 years of experience
- Education requirements: Nothing required
- Must have Jira experience,including Jira automation
- Agile experience and speak to their experience in the interview process
- Agentic AI platforms such as Claude
- Confluence experience
- Software/technical requirements:
- No certifications will be required for this role
- Previous Client/industry experience preference:
- Would be nice to have but not required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience
- Must also be knowledgeable in Agile and development methodologies and be familiar with Jira , including Jira automation .
- Success in this role requires strong communication and the candidate must be comfortable presenting findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leaders and executive audiences.
