Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Epic System Build & OptimizationLead and maintain core Epic system build, including ongoing configuration, enhancements, and optimizationDefine, document, and validate system design requirements in collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholdersAnalyze and document current-state workflows and translate them into future-state system designPartner with end users across all levels to evaluate system needs and recommend improvementsParticipate in and support system upgrades, special updates, and enhancement initiativesTrack and prioritize system enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsCollaborate with Epic technical staff and implementers to troubleshoot and resolve system issuesPerform system maintenance activities such as imports, configuration updates, and basic reportingEnsure system build complies with organizational (Optum) policies, standards, and governanceMaintain Epic certification(s) and continuously expand application knowledgeTranslate complex data and operational needs into actionable business and system requirementsEvaluate information from multiple sources to distinguish business needs from user requests and optimize scope, benefits, and risksTesting & Quality AssuranceAdhere to Epic and organizational change control processes and standardsDevelop, execute, and maintain comprehensive testing plans and test scriptsCoordinate and support unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing activitiesEnsure timely and effective communication of system changes to impacted users and teamsContribute to development and refinement of policies and procedures related to Epic system useTraining & Knowledge SharingPartner with training teams to support rollout of new functionality and system updatesProvide training and guidance to end users, both individually and in group settingsParticipate in clinic and operational meetings to promote effective use of the Epic systemDevelop and maintain user-facing documentation, FAQs, and best practicesUser Support & Service ExcellenceProvide high-quality customer support for end users, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionDocument system issues, root causes, and resolutions to support knowledge sharingMaintain and update support documentation, including FAQs and standard workMeet or exceed established customer service and response standardsProject Management & DeliveryManage and/or support projects involving Epic system enhancements and new functionalityDefine project scope, key milestones, deliverables, and dependenciesPrioritize work effectively and proactively communicate risks, barriers, and mitigation strategiesPartner with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with timelines and objectivesFacilitate meetings, workgroups, and stakeholder discussions;
