What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Design and develop AI-enabled applications leveraging modern LLM frameworks and agent-based architectures Build and integrate solutions using emerging AI tooling, orchestration frameworks, and MCP technologies Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, C#, and Node.js Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes environments both on-premise and in Azure AKS Support hybrid cloud architectures spanning Azure GCC High and on-premise infrastructure Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions Implement CI/CD pipelines and developer automation workflowsEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend platform improvements Optimize AI application performance, scalability, and operational reliability Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical planning sessions Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a technical or business field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Advanced knowledge of a variety of the Information Technology concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions/specifications. Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
