- A proven track record of reducing rotating equipment failure frequency and extending asset life is preferred
- Holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous
- A background in chemical or industrial processing environments will help you ramp up quickly
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is beneficial for tracking KPIs
- Previous leadership of reliability improvement teams or participation in major turnarounds is a strong asset
