Revenue Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly technical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst with strong SaaS experience and business acumen to support a high-visibility team. This role will directly contribute to executive-level reporting, including board-facing decks , and will play a critical role in building and maintaining data-driven insights across Sales and Finance. This is a hands‑on position for someone who actively builds dashboards and works deeply with data—not just reporting on it. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards supporting Sales, Finance, and RevOps initiatives Develop and maintain board‑level reporting decks and high‑visibility executive presentations Analyze large datasets (hundreds of thousands to ~1M+ records) to deliver actionable insights Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and RevOps stakeholders to support business decision‑making Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from source systems Perform advanced analysis and modeling using Excel (core formulas, data manipulation, reporting) Support capacity during high‑demand periods (1–2 weeks per quarter for heavy reporting cycles) Required Skills & Experience Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) within a SaaS environment Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights Proven hands‑on experience building dashboards in Tableau (not just consuming/reporting) Advanced proficiency in: Tableau Excel (advanced formulas, modeling) SQL (data querying and analysis) Experience working with Sales and Finance data Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets Strong technical foundation with a focus on data analysis and reporting This role can pay between 48-60/hr based on experience level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
