This position is for a specialty care nurse in a 225-bed facility. The facility includes various institutes such as Heart & Vascular, Cancer, Brain & Spine, and others. This role encompasses diverse patient populations. Candidates must work weekends and holidays as part of the scheduling requirements. This position requires floating to different units as needed. The patient-to-nurse ratio is approximately 1:5. The role involves caring for adults with various diagnoses, including chest pain, respiratory issues, and post-procedural monitoring. Candidates must maintain attendance and adhere to professional conduct standards. Dress code requires scrubs in specified color. All absences must be made up to maintain contracted hours.
