Position Pizza Hut Restaurant General Manager Location 4344 LOUGHBOROUGH AVE, Saint Louis, MO, 63116 Responsibilities Lead and motivate the front‑line team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales and profitability goals. Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring all employees understand food safety, company policies, and guest‑service standards. Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, cost management, and P&L responsibility. Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans to increase traffic and revenue. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards. Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a restaurant, retail, or related hospitality setting. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing P&L and operating within budgetary constraints. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a high‑volume environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.
