ProSidian is seeking a Pedagogical Support Specialist | Instructional Coaching for program support in Los Fresnos, TX. This role supports the Los Fresnos, Texas Consolidated Independent School District (CISD), which serves approximately 10,565 students across 14 schools.

The Pedagogical Support Specialist will provide services and support as a consultant in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on human capital solutions for clients such as LFCISD. This position is a technical element or contract W-2 instructional coaching functional area professional - consultant services for education professional development position.

Responsibilities include delivering individualized and group-based instructional coaching services for administrators, teachers, and instructional coaches. The focus is on pedagogy enhancement, classroom management, lesson plan optimization, differentiated instruction, and effective leadership practices that directly impact student learning outcomes.

Desired qualifications include experience in instructional delivery, teacher mentorship, or pedagogy enhancement initiatives. Commitment to continuous instructional improvement, creativity, and strong communication are also required.

Standard skills required include proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, adaptability to changing project requirements, and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
