Patient Services Specialist II - Front Desk & Billing
MidLantic Urology
MidLantic Urology is seeking a Patient Service Representative II to deliver exceptional front-office care, manage patient flow, and support billing and scheduling. You will greet patients, collect balances, and coordinate referrals with clinical staff. The role requires 2–3 years of customer service, basic CPT/ ICD-10 knowledge, and proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.
