About the job Customer Service Representative - Remote We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. This person will provide world-class customer support through email, text, chat, and occasionally the phone. They will be working directly to ensure a smooth experience by providing support and assistance throughout their journey on our platform. The successful candidate will demonstrate prior customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
