HR Manager - Full Time Perm - NORMAL HR PERSON!

Responsibilities: Recruitment Process Responsible for the recruitment process liaising with the position’s Hiring Manager, utilizing the company’s HRIS system iSolved; creating job descriptions, posting/sourcing, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and applicant selection to fill vacant positions. Partners with local leadership, developing initiatives that market the business brand throughout local community as a recruitment sourcing method. New Hire Orientation Responsible for HR New Hire orientation to ensure completion of background checks and HR, benefits, and payroll documentation. Onboarding Partner with Hiring Manager to develop training and company culture onboarding schedule. Personnel File Management / HRIS Management Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the security of all appropriate employee personnel documentation primarily within the HRIS system and any required paper filing system. Ensure the data integrity of the employee record within the company’s systems of record, Employee Navigator; and HRIS System, iSolved. Auditing and modifying where necessary to provide accurate, updated data for reporting, metrics, and other data reporting programs or legal requirements. Payroll Support Responsible for initial employee payroll data entry and review; state/local taxes, banking information, benefit/payroll deductions, and paid time off (PTO) plans. Execute and audit all company employee change actions including, but not limited to transfers, promotions, wage changes, pay adjustments, and terminations with the HRIS system. Other Essential Expectations Attend all HR meetings communicating and providing feedback; team, local, corporate, and stakeholder specific. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with sister business unit HR peers, plan administrators, financial advisors, benefits brokers, and other service providers and vendors. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication. All other duties within scope of work, as assigned. Must have 5-7 years in a Human Resources Generalist or HR Operations Manager function. Preferable positions reporting directly into company leadership. Comfort working onsite in a small manufacturing environment. Must have experience with HRIS/Payroll systems for data management.
