Job Description We are looking to build a pipeline of contractors with strong experience working with Oracle systems. Roles : Multiple Preferred Location: close to a CF Hub Here is a list of requirements Advanced Supplier Site & Assignment Architecture: Own the complete configuration of multi-layered Supplier Profiles, Procurement BU assignments, and Client BU access within Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement. Bank Account Configurations: Set up, validate, and maintain vendor bank account data globally. Ensure seamless integration with Oracle Payables and Cash Management while adhering to strict internal controls to prevent payment fraud. System Navigation & Troubleshooting: Act as the internal subject matter expert for navigating Oracle Fusion’s Procurement and Supplier modules. Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data mismatches. Vendor Inquiry & Email Management : Act as the primary point of contact for resolving high volume vendor inquiries via email. This includes directly troubleshooting Oracle Supplier Portal access issues, resolving errors, and guiding vendors through registration bottlenecks. Internal Control & Compliance: Ensure all vendor and banking data aligns with company legal entities and strict compliance frameworks (including data masking protocols where required and unmasking parameters per design specifications). Data Integrity & Clean-up: Assist with data migration, deduplication, and mass updates of supplier records via FBDI (File-Based Data Import) or ADFDI templates as needed. Upstream/Downstream System Auditing: Diagnose and resolve data sync failures between upstream procurement engines (e.g., Zip, Coupa) and downstream Oracle Fusion.: Avenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and to all the principles guaranteed by the most accurate global data protection laws, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and CPRA.
