Travel Physical Therapist - $2,547 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Susanville, California. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 40 Shift Length: 11 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assess referred patients that require rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients. Document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTEL exam. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year's professional experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification.
