Senior Manager, HRIS

Providing strategic leadership in HR technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, HRIS will oversee Workday configuration and integration while acting as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Workday modules, ensuring scalability and compliance Act as a strategic partner to HR and IT, translating business needs into effective HR tech solutions Drive global consistency in HRIS governance while maintaining strong documentation and change control Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 15 years of HRIS/HR technology experience, or a master's degree with at least 12 years of experience Extensive hands-on expertise with Workday configuration and system integrations Demonstrated success in project management and designing complex, cross-module Workday solutions Strong understanding of integrations, security, business processes, and data structures Proven ability to operate in global, matrixed environments
