Anti-Racism Development Officer

The Anti‑Racism Development Officer will play a key role in the delivery of the Anti‑Racism action plan and in embedding Anti‑Racist practices across the organisation. Position Details Job Title: Anti‑Racism Development Officer Job Ref: nia 209 Hours: 21hrs/week Salary: £18,600 - £19,800 (FTE £31,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience and qualification) Location: Currently Hybrid Working (Islington office & home) Closing Date: 10am, 8th June, 2026 Part of this role includes coordination with the nia’s Anti‑Racism Working Group to co‑produce tangible outcomes; harnessing the expertise of those. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of the Anti‑Racism action plan. Embed Anti‑Racist practices across the organisation. Co‑produce tangible outcomes with the Anti‑Racism Working Group. Harness the expertise of those within the organisation and the community. Key Qualities Highly organised and self‑motivated. Passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children.
