**Exciting Opportunity for an Oncology Chemo Certified Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse – Oncology Chemo Certified - **Specialty:** Oncology - **Shift:** Day – 4x10 Hours (07:00 - 17:30) - **Experience Required:** - 2 years in Oncology (Outpatient experience preferred) - **Certifications Required:** - BLS (AHA or ARC) - ONS/ONCC (required) - OCN (preferred) - **License Requirement:** - Active California RN License (no pending license) - **Charting System:** - Epic (proficiency required) - **Work Environment:** - Infusion Center - Outpatient Oncology - **Job Duties:** - Provide exceptional patient care to adults and geriatrics in an outpatient setting. - Administer chemotherapy and manage side effects with a focus on patient safety. - Expertise in IV Therapy, managing ports, and administering various oncological medications. - Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to ensure effective treatment plans are in place. - Educate and support patients and families through their treatment journey. - Utilize Epic for documentation and to streamline workflows. - **Schedule:** - Tuesday to Friday (may change based on clinic needs) - No weekend requirement - No floating or on-call requirements **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
