Youth Residential Programs Lead
Child & Family
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Residential Services Program Manager to oversee daily operations of a youth intervention program. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in residential programs, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring that the program meets regulatory standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
