Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of disaster restoration projects, coordinating with clients and team members, utilizing Xactimate for estimating, monitoring project timelines, conducting site inspections for quality control, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications include proven experience as a project manager in disaster restoration, strong knowledge of Xactimate, excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. IICRC Certification is preferred but not required.
