What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Representative, you'll work directly with customers while representing a variety of client campaigns throughout the Tampa area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions.

Representing client products, services, or charitable initiatives professionally.

Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.

Providing accurate information about current campaigns.

Supporting customers through the registration or sales process.

Delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Working alongside your team to achieve campaign objectives.
