Reconstruction Project Coordinator

Peerless Restoration Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the Reconstruction Project team on execution and delivery of construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong organization skills, a passion for construction and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the estimating team, project managers, clients and field teams to help keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

 

· Assist Project Managers in coordinating all construction activities including, but not limited to, schedule, change orders, selection sheets and ordering of materials, etc.

· Maintain project schedules and work orders

· Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance certificates are obtained and up to date on vendors

· Follow up to make sure sub-contractors are still set for work start and confirm appointment with homeowners

· Track materials and returns

· Collection of down payment and deductible

· Possible assisting on simple AP task

· Must be able to pass background check
