As a Machine Operator, you will operate slitter machines to cut foil rolls to specified widths and lengths. Your role is crucial in setting up machine parameters, blades, and cores based on product specifications.

• Set up machine parameters, blades, and cores based on product specifications.
• Inspect finished rolls for proper tension, alignment, and quality standards.
• Monitor operations and adjust settings to minimize waste and downtime.
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Keep production logs and ensure accurate documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces around machinery.

• Production experience.

• Previous experience with slitter equipment or in manufacturing is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Ashland, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
