We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team at Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing, a leading provider of rehabilitation and nursing care in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. As a CNA with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Participating in care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment

• Assist with daily living activities and support the rehabilitation and recovery process

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments
