Floor Assembler

No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to learn valuable mechanical and electrical assembly skills.

What You'll Do

• Assemble products and equipment using hand and power tools
• Read work instructions and blueprints to complete assemblies accurately
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures to verify dimensions
• Work with your team to solve problems and keep production moving

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Schedule

• First and Second Shift Available
• Monday through Thursday schedule
• Overtime opportunities available on Fridays

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Faribault, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
