Remote/Virtual Position : In-person
Coverage Area: Northern Connecticut

Salary: Per visit
Schedule: 3-4 hrs/wk, PRN

Be the Best Hospice Visit Physician You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• Maintains an active license and DEA in the state where care is being provided.
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to drive and make patient visits
