About the Role As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) at Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You will work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that focus on improving our residents’ functional abilities, cognitive skills, and mobility. Your expertise will help our residents regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.
