Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ yearly commission based
Responsibilities:- Meet with serious buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and guide them to the closing table.
- Follow up consistently using proven systems to grow your pipeline.
- Deliver 5-star service that turns clients into raving fans and referral machines.
- Host high-energy open houses (we even give you the leads!).
- Stay organized and ready to roll using our tech and CRM tools.
- Plug into our Academy Sales Training and weekly sales meetings.
- Licensed Real Estate Agents only.
- Full-time availability – this is NOT a side hustle.
- Tech-savvy, coachable, and hungry for growth.
- Clear communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Bonus points for a background in sales or real estate success.
