Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Offer engaging individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique needs across various age groups.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our billing service to handle insurance claims and accounts receivable.
\n
• Organize and schedule ongoing appointments, managing your calendar to ensure consistent client engagement.
\n
• Work effectively with a wide range of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic approaches to suit distinct psychological, emotional, and relational challenges.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborative case reviews to share insights and strategies that benefit the practice and improve client outcomes.

Our clients span a broad spectrum of backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. As a therapist at Sondermind, you will work with individuals facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties, both in individual and couple settings. Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong professional boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and exceptional time-management skills.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and enhancement of therapeutic skills.

• Availability to work full-time, a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with at least two evenings available for client therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
