Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a School District in need of an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a local or travel contract position starting within 2 weeks of accepting an offer working 37.5 hours per week. The position is for In-Person only. The client is actively interviewing, apply today!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community for the purpose of supporting individual student development goals
• Administers programs and services for behaviorally or emotionally disturbed students
• Assists with student crisis intervention, developing interventions, functional behavior assessments and behavior plans
• Collaborates with school personnel, agencies, and families in coordinating individualized services for students
• Collecting and Summarizing Behavioral Data
• Completes all reporting requirements as mandated by the District, state, federal, and educational agencies (i.e. restraint and seclusion, assessments, behavioral data)
• Participates in the development of Individualized Educational Programs for students
• Provides social skills instruction to students utilizing research based methodologies and approved District curricula

Required Education – License - Certification:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)
• Master's Degree
• School-based experience working with students with autism, other behavior challenges
