Sales Engineer

Underground Solutions is seeking a Regional Engineer for our North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas Region. This position is remote and you MUST live within the Dallas Fort Worth region. Underground Solutions (UGS), a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company, is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies in the water infrastructure and electrical conduit market. UGS has a portfolio of proprietary and patented technologies targeting water and wastewater infrastructure improvement and undergrounding of electrical conduit.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related 3 years of Engineering experience with the Utility Pipeline Design, Construction, or Municipal Water Market Willingness to learn to become a sales engineer Experience with Salesforce, or other CRM, preferred, and expertise with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to persuade, motivate and empower clients and co-workers to action. Ability to deal with individuals at all levels of an organization. Must be a strong communicator able to take initiative and be disciplined to function independently Must be competitive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, good listener and manage time wisely. Must be able to process complex information and unique client needs quickly. Support technical sales strategies to meet annual targets for pipeline infrastructure products for the North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas territory. These products include Fusible PVC® piping, TerraBrute® CR restrained joint PVC piping, Vylon® closed profile PVC piping, Primus Pipe Liner, WEKO Seal and other Azuria products Perform key account planning to develop business opportunities by working closely with consulting engineers, municipal water and wastewater utilities, contractors, waterworks distributors, and electrical utilities Develop technical specifications that support product position and facilitate operational efficiency Ensure all sales activity and opportunities are up to date in Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our products Support or conduct sales calls and make product/service presentations to customers Provide input into development of marketing communications and product portfolio decisions Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reporting to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts Azuria Water Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
