• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the consumer lending portfolio
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the consumer lending customer base
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of consumer lending solutions
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to the sales team to enhance their ability to effectively sell consumer lending products

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Familiarity with consumer lending products and the competitive landscape
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions
