Whether assisting with daily activities, monitoring health changes, or simply offering companionship, you'll be a trusted part of their care team and help create a home-like environment where residents can thrive.As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:Direct Client Care – Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident's Plan of Care.Support Daily Living – Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.Monitor Health Changes – Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.Create a Welcoming Place – Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere.Other Duties as Assigned – Ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support.
