Emergency Department Nurse Manager

Community hospital looking to bring on Emergency Department Nurse Manager! Relocation!
50+ bed unit seeing 49,000 patients annually. Primary stroke center and cardiac referral center. Leader to oversee daily operations, support a collaborative team, and drive excellence in patient care. Leadership team consists of (2) Assistant Nurse Managers, Reporting to the Director, a Lead Emergency Room Technician and (2) Educators. Will oversee approximately 98 FTEs.
Qualifications:
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 3–5 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
