Environmental Health and Safety Manager

To support the company's commitment to environmental compliance and workplace safety, the full-time Environmental Health and Safety Manager will oversee EHS management across facility operations, ensuring adherence to regulations while fostering a safety-first culture. Key Responsibilities Monitor compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local regulations, developing and maintaining relevant policies and procedures Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, conducting audits and training to promote workplace safety Serve as the primary EHS liaison for construction projects, ensuring safe project delivery and environmental controls are maintained Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHST, or OHST are highly desirable 8-12 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 3 years in construction or commissioning projects Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations Experience managing contractor safety and environmental compliance on large-scale projects
