Senior AI/ML Engineer

Salary: $104,000 - 114,400 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, machine learning engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, MLOps, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL; Scikit-learn and XGBoost or LightGBM; and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with vector search tools such as OpenSearch, FAISS, Pinecone, or equivalents.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including MLflow, Docker, CI/CD, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; REST APIs, FastAPI, Git, and containerization.

• Design and develop end-to-end machine learning and deep learning solutions, and build and productionize models using suitable algorithms and frameworks.
• Develop and manage MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Create generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions, including agents, tool calling, multi-agent workflows, and orchestration.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, databases, applications, and knowledge sources.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, observability, security, and responsible AI practices for AI applications.
• Work with product, engineering, data, and business teams to turn business problems into AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI architecture and technology strategy.
