You will be the Contracts Management Mgr for the PAC‑3 Sustainment Program within the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Line of Business. What You Will Be Doing As the Contracts Management Mgr you will oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the sustainment effort. Responsibilities Develop and manage contract strategies that support PAC‑3 sustainment objectives. Monitor contract performance, compliance, and risk, and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance partners to align contract requirements with program goals. Lead negotiations, modifications, and extensions with customers and subcontractors. Security Clearance & Eligibility MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position requires the selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications Generally has 8+ years of related experience and may have a post‑secondary degree or training in a related discipline. Experience with US Government and/or International customers and contracts. Experience with contract negotiations. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge and documented application of acquisition regulations (FAR & DFARS). Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment. Desired Skills Proven ability to develop trusted partnerships with internal and external customers. Cost Type, Fixed Price, and Incentive Fee Contracting Type knowledge. Negotiation experience and knowledge of PAC‑3 Missile portfolio. Experience in strategy development for new captures. Ability to engage in routine and unique problems / issues to help develop solutions for multi‑million‑dollar complex contracts. Ability to coordinate DCAA and DCMA activities including audits, financing payments, etc. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience working autonomously with general direction. Experience handling multiple, widely‑varied assignments. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience problem solving, including identifying issues and developing solutions. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment and work well under pressure. Demonstrates emotional intelligence, positivity, and enthusiasm leading a team and working collaboratively with key stakeholders during a project. Remote Work Schedule Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
