*Maintenance Supervisor*

Multi‑Site Maintenance Supervisor – Sellersburg, IN Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Multi‑Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for apartment communities in the Sellersburg, Indiana market. This leadership role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys problem‑solving, leading teams, and ensuring communities remain safe, attractive, and well‑maintained. Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance team members Coordinate and complete apartment turns to meet occupancy goals Manage service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues Maintain curb appeal, building systems, and community standards Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations Participate in emergency maintenance and on‑call responsibilities as required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience required EPA Certification required Strong HVAC diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair experience Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting Proven leadership and team development skills Strong organizational and communication abilities Commitment to resident satisfaction and customer service Ability to prioritize and manage maintenance operations across multiple communities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Maintenance Technician, Senior Maintenance Technician, Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, or Building Maintenance Supervisor is encouraged Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company‑Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Annual Performance Reviews and Pay Increases #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside Properties, Inc.
