Proficiency in Google Drive programs and CRM systems is a must. Responsibilities Checking contracts for accuracy Contacting customers to schedule construction jobs Booking jobs in our CRM Applying for permits with multiple municipalities Communicating with coworkers and customers via phone, email, and SMS Qualifications Must have strong computer skills Must have experience using Google Drive programs Must be detail‑oriented Must have strong communication skills Must be available to work in-office 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday Must work well independently Bilingual is preferred but not required Compensation $16 - $20 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr G.L.
