SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for programming. Generate, write and/or edit CNC programs, create prototypes, fixtures, tooling needs for department. Set up operating power driven lathes, mills, and grinders. Analysis and create instructions after reviewing print to meet part specifications.

Responsibilities / Qualifications / Duties:

• · Generate, write and/or edit CNC programs, create prototypes, fixtures, tooling needs for department.
• · Read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents, blue prints, and customer drawings and perform all necessary calculations.
• · Program, Set up, adjust and operate CNC horizontal and vertical mills to machine part to print specifications.

GREAT FIRST SHIFT SCHEDULE:

Monday- Thursday: 6am -3:30pm; Friday 6am-10am
