Luxor Staffing is hiring Warehouse Shift Lead Lead starting at $18 per hour with 3rd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees during the night shift.
• Ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
• Monitor workflow and assign tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Communicate production priorities, updates, and operational concerns to staff and management.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with troubleshooting production and equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work a full night shift schedule.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with production reporting and performance tracking.
