Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a night shift travel assignment at a critical access teaching hospital in Washington state.

Details

• Critical access teaching hospital setting with 25 staffed beds, no trauma designation
• Respiratory Therapy unit with potential float to a sister facility approximately 30 minutes away
• Patient ratio of 1:3
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling required
• No on-call required
• Charting via Epic (experience required)
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• No-cost parking on site

Requirements

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Washington state respiratory therapy license required prior to consideration
• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• First-time travelers are eligible to apply
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimal RTO is expected for this position; all RTO requests should be communicated upfront prior to submission
• All certifications listed must be current and included with your profile
