Service Cashier

Cashier Position Tim Short Honda is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all dealership customers. Key Responsibilities: Process cash, credit card, and financing transactions accurately Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers Maintain and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift Assist customers with billing questions and provide friendly service Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments Maintain a clean and organized cashier area Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure accurate transaction processing Follow company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and attitude Work Environment: This position operates in a dealership office setting with frequent interaction with customers and staff.
