Senior Power Systems Engineer Grid & Transmission

Fervo Energy seeks a Senior Power Engineer to lead electrical design for cost-effective, scalable power plants. You will own specifications, perform first-principles analyses, and mentor engineers while shaping standardization across projects. You will collaborate with process, reservoir, and drilling teams, drive performance improvements from 13.8 kV to 500 kV, and ensure compliance with IEEE/ANSI/NEC standards.
