Benefits for Full Time Employees (30+ hours/week) Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Pet Insurance 401K with 4% Matching Dependent Care FSA Paid Time Off Essential Duties and Responsibilities Custard Memorizes recipes and standards Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product is produced Ensures all custard/food items are prepared according to Andy’s standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness Completes designated Food Safety and Training programs as prescribed Crew Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard Performs cleaning duties, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes using approved cleaning products to keep equipment and facilities sanitary Follow and reinforce Andy’s operational policies and procedures Follow and reinforce Andy’s Dress Code and Personal Appearance Policy Customer Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by using a “customer comes first” attitude Efficiently accepts orders, creates treats with accuracy, serves treat(s) to customers Handles transaction for customer and accepts payment or makes change if needed Always maintain all health and safety regulations The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job.
