Key Responsibilities

• Clean pouring boards using appropriate equipment and troughs
• Monitor wet scrubber system during operations
• Load alloy into lazy pans and maintain required records
• Operate jaw crusher and bucket conveyor
• Weigh and record dross cleaned from furnaces by the pouring crew
• Maintain clean work area and remove nickel/aluminum alloy dust
• Assist with training new operators as needed
• Clean mill when required
• Handle hazardous waste properly in designated accumulation areas
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
